Editorial and Calculator Policy

Our goal is to make every tool understandable, testable and honest about its assumptions.

Original implementation

QuickSolve calculator logic and page explanations are maintained as part of this project rather than embedding third-party calculator widgets.

Formula transparency

Each calculator page states the formula or calculation method used. When a calculation depends on assumptions, the page explains them.

Testing approach

Before publishing a calculator, test values should include normal inputs, boundary values and obvious worked examples. Bugs should be corrected with a reproducible example.

High-stakes topics

For financial, payroll, academic-policy or other consequential topics, QuickSolve labels results as estimates and directs users to official or qualified sources for final decisions.

Updates

Content and formulas may be updated when we identify an error, improve an explanation or change the functionality of a tool.
