Student accounts

QuickSolve stores the account information needed to operate student login and daily AI-credit limits, such as name, email address, hashed password, account role and AI usage records. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

Calculator and PDF tool inputs

Calculator values and supported browser-based PDF/file-tool inputs are processed on your device where the tool allows it. QuickSolve does not intentionally save ordinary conversion files in its own database.

AI Study Assistant files and text

Supported study files are read in your browser first. QuickSolve sends the extracted study text, selected task and optional study preferences to the configured Gemini API only when you request an AI result. The original file is not intentionally stored in the QuickSolve database. Do not submit confidential, legally restricted or highly sensitive material.

Gemini free-tier processing

If QuickSolve is operated with Google Gemini's free developer tier, the AI provider's current data-use terms apply to material sent for generation. Review Google's current Gemini API terms before submitting private study material. QuickSolve's privacy wording should be updated if the production AI provider or account tier changes.

AI usage records

QuickSolve records successful AI task usage so daily free-credit limits can be enforced. The default implementation stores the user, task name, approximate input-character count, model name and date; it does not store the generated study text in the usage table.

Server logs

The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps and error data for security and operations.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics or advertising services are enabled, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. Google AdSense code is not loaded by QuickSolve until a valid publisher ID is configured.

Consent

Where required by law or an advertising provider, an appropriate consent-management platform should be enabled before personalized advertising is served.
